CUCUMBER-ALMOND STUFFING Serving Size : 6
-----STEP ONE----- 1/2 cup Onion -- chopped 1 each Garlic Clove -- minced -----STEP TWO----- 1/2 cup Cucumbers -- peel-seed-chopped 1/4 cup Almonds -- crushed 2 cups Bread Crumbs 1/2 teaspoon Thyme Salt And Pepper -- to taste 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice White wine -- as needed
[1) Sauté Onion & Garlic in some butter, lightly.
[2) Add remaining ingredients and heat until very hot,...use enough wine to obtain right consistency.
Stuffing for Sole or Yellowtail Snapper.
