LEMON - PINEAPPLE RELISH FOR GRILLED FISH
Good with Tuna or Swordfish. Serving Size: 6
Ingredients
1/4 cup Pineapple -- finely chopped 2 TB Lemon pulp -- peel-seed-chopped 2 TB Green pepper -- fine chop 1 TB Onion -- fine chop 1 TB Brown sugar 1/2 TB Lemon zest -- grated 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard 1 pinch Cloves, Ground Salt to taste 6 whole Fish Fillets, 6 to 8 Ounces each
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Grill fish and top with relish.
