LEMON/PINEAPPLE RELISH FOR GRILLED FISH Good with Tuna or Swordfish. Serving Size : 6
1/4 cup Pineapple -- finely chopped 2 Tablespoons Lemon pulp -- peel-seed-chopped 2 Tablespoons Green pepper -- fine chop 1 tablespoon Onion -- fine chop 1 tablespoon Brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon Lemon zest -- grated 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard 1 pinch Cloves, Ground Salt to taste 6 whole Fish Fillets, 6 to 8 Ounces each
Combine all ingredients. Grill fish and top with relish.
