FRESH FRUIT SALSA Salsa for grilled seafood. Serving Size : 4
1 Cup Pineapple -- diced 1 Each Kiwi Fruit -- sliced 1 Cup Papaya -- chopped 1/2 Cup Red pepper -- diced 1/4 Cup Green pepper -- diced 1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro -- chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes 4 Teaspoons Sugar 2 1/2 Tablespoons White wine vinegar
Combine and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Serve at room temperature with grilled seafood.
