FRESH FRUIT SALSA
Salsa for grilled seafood. Serving Size: 4
Ingredients
1 Cup Pineapple -- diced 1 Each Kiwi Fruit -- sliced 1 Cup Papaya -- chopped 1/2 Cup Red pepper -- diced 1/4 Cup Green pepper -- diced 1½ Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro -- chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes 4 Teaspoons Sugar 2½ Tablespoons White wine vinegar
Directions
Combine and mix well.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Serve at room temperature with grilled seafood.
