CREAMY HERB SAUCE FOR SEAFOOD

Ingredients Step One 1 cup Mushrooms -- finely diced 1/4 cup Green Onions -- minced 1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced Butter -- as needed
Step Two 2 tablespoons Flour
Step Three 3/4 cup Heavy cream 1/4 cup Dry Vermouth 3/4 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh chopped Oregano 1 teaspoon fresh chopped Basil 1/2 teaspoon chopped Thyme Salt -- to taste Pepper -- to taste
Step Four 2 tablespoons Parsley -- minced 1 tablespoon Capers -- drained
Directions [1) Sauté Mushrooms, Green Onions & Garlic 2-3 minutes.
[2) Blend Flour in thoroughly.
[3) Add Ingredients in step three, cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
[4) Add Parsley & Capers to finish sauce.
