SHRIMP SPANISH, In Ramikins
("The Settlement" Cook-Book, 1903)
1 pint shrimp,
1 tablespoon flour,
1 tablespoon butter.
1 tablespoon catsup,
1 tablespoon cream,
1 cup hot soup stock,
Salt, cayenne and grated onion.
Heat butter, add flour, add other ingredients in order given.
Cook until smooth and add the shrimps.
Fill this mixture into ramikins and cover with cracker dust and butter, and bake.
