BEER SHRIMP
1/2 Lb Shrimp, 16/20 size 1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon Pickling Spice 1/2 Cup Beer, I like to use Jamaican Red Stripe Beer.
Lemon -- garnish Cocktail Sauce
1] Place beer and seasonings in a small pot - Cover and bring to a boil on high heat - as soon as beer is boiling good, add the shrimp and cook about 4 minutes.
2] Chill in ice water.
Serve cocktail sauce and lemon slices.
